Paxson Nigeria company limited was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited liability company in 1996 with two active Directors (Managing Director & Executive Director) and two Non Executive Directors. It started Sales operations in January 1997, at No. 14 Kano Street and No. 4 Saniezi Street, Main Market Onitsha. The Corporate Office moved to No. 80 Limca Road, Nkpor Onitsha Anambra State in 1998. In 1998, Paxson was appointed Procter & Gamble distributor for three states-Anambra, Imo & Delta States. By October 2002, the whole of south east operations were ceded to Paxson .Today, Paxson is covering eleven (11) states- Anambra, Imo, Delta, Enugu, Abia, Ebonyi, Rivers, Bayelsa, Cross- River, Akwa-Ibom & Benue. We have Offices at the following Locations Onitsha, Owerri, Enugu, Aba, Portharcourt, Uyo, Calabar and Makurdi. Onitsha also serves as the Headquarter.
